Hello, I flew with United Airlines OAK Terminal recently and really enjoyed myself. The terminal is clean and doesn't feel too big. I was flying solo for a quick weekend trip to Las Vegas, and from the moment I entered, everything went very smoothly. The United check-in desk was easy to locate, and I liked that the agents there were friendly and not harried. Security lines were brief, and the general atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. The gate area was well-lit and had ample outlets, which I always enjoy. My flight departed on schedule, boarding was efficient, and we actually departed a bit ahead of schedule. Honestly, I didn't anticipate such efficiency, but it was a nice surprise. If you're located in the vicinity or the East Bay, this terminal is a gem. United's staff made the entire experience even better.
